Action Starter 01 Blue Maple Cue - STR01 - Black Handle
Action Starter 01 Cobalt Cue: Professional Performance and Timeless Blue Tones
Kickstart your journey to the winner's circle with the Action Starter 01 (STR01). The STR01 is the quintessential blue cue for the series—it’s got that sharp, athletic look that really pops under table lights. This model anchors the Starter Series with a stunning Blue Stained Maple forearm and butt sleeve that showcases the natural beauty of the wood grain through a deep, vibrant finish. Accented by high-contrast Cream and Black composite rings and a crisp white butt plate, the STR01 delivers a custom-designed look at a price that is perfect for the emerging player.
The STR01 is designed for the player who values a smooth, consistent feel. Featuring a Black Stained Maple handle, this wrapless cue provides an uninterrupted grip surface that allows for effortless hand transitions and a streamlined aesthetic. Built on a foundation of solid hard rock maple and featuring a professional pro-tapered shaft, this cue provides the stability and feedback you need to master your game.
Modern Aesthetics & Tournament-Ready Specs
The STR01 is engineered with high-quality components to ensure a reliable hit every time:
Pro Tip: To keep this "Cobalt" blue finish looking its best, wipe the butt down with a soft microfiber cloth after your match to remove oils and chalk dust. Since this cue features a 5/16 x 18 joint, we recommend adding a set of joint protectors to keep your threads and brass insert in pristine condition.
High-Performance Features
- 10-Layered Boar Skin Tip: The 13mm vacuum-sealed proprietary tip offers exceptional chalk adhesion and a consistent hit feel, helping you minimize miscues.
- Hard Rock Maple Shaft: A 29" shaft featuring a 10" to 12" pro taper, ensuring a smooth, friction-free glide through your bridge hand.
- Reliable 5/16 x 18 Joint: The stainless steel pin and brass insert create a rock-solid, wood-to-wood connection for maximum vibration feedback.
- Classic Ring Details: Traditional cream, black, and silver rings provide a sophisticated contrast against the vibrant blue stain.
