Scorpion SCO03 Black with Blue Pool Cue SCO03

Scorpion SCO03 Pool Cue — Black with Blue, Fiberglass Armor Protection

Scorpion cues were originally developed for four-time world champion Johnny Archer, and the construction philosophy hasn't changed — wood core with a fiberglass shield bonded to it, providing the kind of warp and ding protection that a bare maple cue simply can't offer. The SCO03 runs that same armor-protected build in a black with blue transfer design and clear coat finish. The 13mm Hard Water Buffalo tip gives you increased control and a firm, snappy hit response. Irish linen wrap reduces slipping during your stroke — a detail that matters more than players often realize until they've played without it.

High-Performance Features

• Fiberglass Armor Protection: Wood core with fiberglass shield — protected against warping from humidity and temperature changes, and resistant to the dings and nicks that ruin unprotected maple cues.
• 13mm Hard Water Buffalo Tip: Firm tip for increased control — harder than standard layered tips, delivers a stiff, precise hit feel.
• Black with Blue Transfer Design: Bold color combination under a clear coat finish — the transfer design and clear coat construction hold up better to wear than painted-on designs.
• Irish Linen Wrap: Reduces hand slipping during the stroke — a real functional benefit on long sessions or high-pressure shots.
• Capped and Threaded Fiber Ferrule: Durable ferrule that's threaded for secure installation — won't work loose under regular play.
• 3/8x14 Steel Pin: Black implex collar with thin silver ring and steel 3/8x14 pin — a sealed joint construction that protects the cue from outside conditions.
