Before the game:

Pills numbered 1–15 are placed in a bottle or bag.

Each player draws one randomly — this is your secret ball.

During the game:

All 15 balls are racked like normal.

Everyone shoots, trying to sink balls without revealing which one they need.

You win by legally pocketing your secret ball.

If someone else sinks your ball:

Depending on the rules, you’re usually out of the game.

The pills are just used to secretly assign balls at the start — they aren’t used for keeping score during play.
